The role of the National Employment Rights Authority (NERA) Information Services is to provide free, unbiased information on employment rights in Ireland to employers, employees and other interested parties.

You can contact NERA’s Information Services a number of different ways:

• NERA operates a lo-call* information hotline - 1890 80 80 90, from 9.30am to 5.00pm weekdays. By calling this number you can speak with a member of our dedicated team about your employment rights queries.
• NERA can also respond to written queries. You can either email us by clicking on this link or you can write to us at Information Services, The National Employment Rights Authority, O’Brien Road , Carlow.
