Leave the M9 at junction 4, then at roundabout take the 3rd exit, then at roundabout take the 1st exit onto the R448

Take second side road on right  (signposted Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment)

From Kilkenny

Leave the M9 at junction 6, then at roundabout take the 1st exit onto the R448 (signposted Carlow)

Enter Carlow on R448 from Kilkenny

Proceed through Carlow Town Centre passing through 3 sets of traffic lights in the direction of Dublin (signposted Dublin N9)

At Dr Cullen Road roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Dublin Road (signposted Dublin N9)

At Deerpark roundabout take the 4th exit onto O' Brien Road (signposted Rosslare N80)

Take first side road on left (approx. 500m from roundabout)

From Portlaoise

Enter Carlow on Ballickmoyler Road (N80)

At Portlaoise Road roundabout take the 1st exit onto Northern Relief Road (signposted Rosslare N80)
